Terms and Conditions

Orders

All items are custom made by hand to your specifications.  Current order fulfillment times are 7 - 10 business days.  We know how important each piece of jewellery is to you so it's important to us to get it there as quickly as possible.

If we suspect that there could be a delay we will email you immediately.

Please feel free to email me ann@aostherapy.co.uk  at any time to check the status of your order.

Gift Orders

Should you wish to purchase a gift for someone and have it posted directly to them, please email me with the recipients address.  All orders come packaged in a free jewellery bag, ready for gift giving. It also comes with a certificate explaining the properties of the crystals used, a copy of this can also be emailed to you.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your receiving your goods. Articles must be in new condition.  We cannot accept returns on pieces that have been custom made.

Posting costs are non-refundable.  When returning your package please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your name, address, and order number.

Repair

All jewellery is guaranteed for workmanship for three months from time of purchase. During this time, we will gladly repair your items free of charge if our workmanship is at fault.

Privacy Policy

All personal information given to aostherapy.co.uk will be kept confidential and will only be used to fill your order.
